Happy Saturday ❤️ Global Pioneers! Finally, the weekend is here! I have been super busy during the weekdays. Recently, I noticed some pioneers have doubts regarding PCT and the removal of certain GCV-related applications. I would like to share my understanding and perspective with everyone. 1️⃣ First of all, pioneers must clearly understand that the united value created by pioneers has only one consensus direction: GCV $314,159. This is our community game rule and collective vision. 2️⃣ At the same time, pioneers must understand the role of PCT. PCT must remain neutral regarding Pi value. Neutrality means they cannot guide, indicate, promote, or oppose any specific value. Pi value is not within their authority or responsibility. Their responsibility is technology, infrastructure, ecosystem management, and compliance. The value direction comes from the collective efforts and consensus of pioneers. 3️⃣ PCT’s task is to regulate DApps according to ecosystem standards and compliance requirements. Therefore, all DApps — not only GCV-related ones — may face review, adjustment, suspension, or removal if they do not meet requirements. Some pioneers only focus on GCV DApps, but in reality, many other applications are also subject to regulations and compliance review. Removal does not automatically mean opposition to GCV. 4️⃣ PCT will notify developers regarding changes or required adjustments. Please do not panic if replies are not immediate. Developers may need to adjust names, descriptions, authority claims, or compliance structures to align with ecosystem rules. 5️⃣ GCV has already achieved success in many ways. GCV adoption does not rely only on DApps. Its strength comes from ecosystem adoption, merchant participation, pioneer consensus, barter activities, and global GCV data growth. 6️⃣ Every great achievement requires wisdom, strategy, patience, and understanding between partners. In GCV Leadership School and Art of War discussions, I explained that a wise general knows how to avoid direct conflict with stronger forces while still advancing toward victory. In Chinese, we say: “明修栈道，暗度陈仓” (Openly repair the road while secretly advancing toward the goal.) 7️⃣ Some pioneers challenge PCT decisions because they do not fully understand strategy, regulations, or ecosystem structure. If you truly understand PCT’s responsibilities and limitations, you will not misunderstand every action they take. How do we avoid anxiety? When the heart becomes calm, wisdom appears. Once wisdom appears, you will better understand both PCT and the long-term strategy of the ecosystem. PCT and pioneers are on the same boat 🚢. We share common interests and the same long-term vision for Pi Network. Therefore, pioneers should not focus on proving whether PCT supports or opposes GCV. Your task is to understand GCV, support real utility, strengthen the ecosystem, and continue pioneer adoption.
