Won our first game this morning and then lost a close game against SOUF. We break seed finishing 14th. Great weekend overall. Lots of good things and lots to work on before we play with the big boys in 2 weeks. Also, first tournament MVP in MiR's long history goes to Connor!

@being_ulti Take a break to get pain down and then work on gradually building up your tendon's tolerance for force. Isometrics are great for it over time, but you need to find the root cause of it (where your body is compensating and/or weak). Go to PT and they'll go through tests with you.

Anyone have/had jumper’s knee/patellar tendonitis before? I’ve been dealing with it off and on for the past year and would love any advice! (It does seem like I should just stop playing frisbee for a bit… easier said than done tho)

It's that time of year where captains start putting 90% of their energy into planning, recruiting, and advertising the team! Or is that just me? Hope everyone is ready to be approached with a link to the interest form at pickup and league!

Pre-pre-season scrimmage against @kalakalaSEA with the boys (and a few friends). Those old guys can schmoove. We lose 13-15, but what a great game. Can't wait for the season.
