Today I joined 19 Philly officials to condemn yesterday’s ICE raid, standing firmly with our immigrant community. President Trump is sowing fear and panic to divide us but violent raids and deportations have no place here. Our offices are committed to defending our neighbors.

🚨Congress just passed the dangerous Laken Riley Act which will turn a horrible tragedy into an attack on the rights of immigrants & due process. No one is safer when immigrant kids can face indefinite, mandatory detention for being accused of a minor crime like shoplifting.
