Some of those faces on the news complaining were Black people. All of those faces, gentrifiers or not, are struggling to keep their businesses alive.

They spent millions revitalizing the neighborhood and now it’s all going backward. Oakland is cutting off its nose despite its face regarding this “film.”

The main issue is that they are not a small film but big Hollywood with a big budget and don’t care whatsoever who they hurt and have made that clear!
