For my third kid I used "Baby Motzart" and it helped I also used a baby carrier (my kids where very heavy haha). Also a good tip to know if they are in a deep sleep, take there arm and pick it up, if it falls down no resistance they are sleeping heavy , you can put them in the crib. If not they will wake up and you need to keep holding them

This week felt strangely bittersweet for me. I hit 400,000 followers on Facebook, which on the surface sounds exciting, and in many ways it is, but emotionally it caught me off guard in a way I wasn’t really expecting. For a long time, a big part of my identity was wrapped up in YouTube. Hitting 100,000 subscribers there was a huge milestone, and getting close to 400,000 felt like something I had genuinely earned through years of work. Filming videos when views were low, learning how to edit, figuring out thumbnails, testing titles, and staying consistent even when growth was painfully slow. YouTube was something I poured myself into, and because of that, every milestone carried a lot of weight. Facebook was very different. I never really cared about growing a following there, and even today, the follower count doesn’t register the same way it does on YouTube. What has mattered to me on Facebook is content performance and monetization. I enjoy the creative side, I enjoy seeing what works, and I’ll be honest, I enjoy seeing the checks roll in. But the growth itself was never the goal. And yet, here we are. This week, Facebook passed YouTube in followers, and that’s where the bittersweet part comes in. It’s exciting, I’m grateful for it, and I don’t take it lightly. At the same time, it feels strange that the platform I worked the hardest on for years is now trailing the one that came much more naturally and required far less effort to grow. What really blows my mind is that the income tells the same story. What I’ve made from Facebook through their content monetization program is easily 100x what YouTube has paid me, which still feels surreal considering where I invested most of my time and energy. I don’t think there’s a clean takeaway here. It’s just one of those moments that makes you reflect on effort versus outcome, identity versus income, and how rarely those things line up the way you expect them to. Sometimes the work you grind through shapes who you become, and sometimes the work that feels easier produces the bigger result. Nearly 70K subscribers and 5 years of work gone overnight. @YouTube flagged my channel for “community guidelines” and removed my ability to post, even though all I do is share transparent trading process and risk-focused education. From here on, all of my analysis and content will live exclusively on X.
