@CBCOlympics this is ridiculous, trying to watch the curling, roku app started erroring as soon as the event started, could watch live channels 5 minutes before, and now the website keeps buffering and jumping around
@CBCOlympics this is ridiculous, trying to watch the mixed doubles curling, app won't work on my roku tv just keeps erroring even though it worked fine 10 minutes before it started now on my laptop it just keeps jumping around
🎤 LISTEN! It was competition overload this past weekend—Nebelhorn Trophy, Nepela Memorial, JGP Baku. I’m tired just thinking about all the skating, but Michelle and I had a lot to say about it! x.com/i/broadcasts/1…
This is crazy every cou try should get at least one Olympic spot regardless as long as they have the minimums. Ability to go at all shouldn't rely on making the top 24 in such a tight competition. That should make it 2. It's just not fair.

@longlivePALLOM just so great to see her so excited and happy to be there when she's said in the past she considered trying to memorize credit card numbers so she could buy herself a plane ticket because she didn't want to be at comps
dear @ISU_Figure can you please swap Maddie Schizas and Mone Chiba in the order for me? I have to be at the school bus stop when Maddie is skating and don't want to miss her but will be home for Mone's slot, thanks so much 😆😆
@LePigeonBercy@SimplyLex494@SkatingLesson the family's to decide if it's worth it or not. Kaetlyn Osmond says all the time when she's doing commentary on the Canadian streams that she had no real "success" until she got to Sr's so who's to say who's got what it takes until the time comes
@MalLind1982@SimplyLex494@SkatingLesson No. Not at all. This is about how far does an athlete or athlete's family go, in terms of finances, lost childhoods, etc., in pursuit of promises of Olympic glory....when the reality is that just a slim few actually get there. This conversation predates the crash.
@LePigeonBercy@SimplyLex494@SkatingLesson I get that and I don't disagree that coaches and organizations sell more tickets to the olympics then they have to give out, how ever this wasn't the time or place, and if that's what you meant own it say it in your apology. Also it's not up to anybody but
@SeriousSadie1@SkatingLesson I think his explanation of saying oh well I meant is it worth ANYBODY doing these things, regardless of talent, worth it if this is the risk... Well there's always been a possibility that a plane can crash, a car accident, people not achieving their dreams
@SkatingLesson I think you have to take into consideration that everybody progresses and develops at different rates too, Kaetlyn Osmond often talks about how she never had any "big results" until she hit Sr ranks
@MeganMo2002@SkatingLesson well technically he's trying to say he's not sure any level of talent is worth it, which is a silly way to try to cover what he said
@SkatingLesson Bullying skaters is not the answer. And, while you apologize and say the clip was taken out of context, right here, you are still questioning if those skaters were talented enough to uproot their lives. Those more knowledgeable than me and I say they are talented enough. (2)
