@WardogsHQ @WARDOGS Thanks for thinking of use who still use a 3000 series GPU. I would play medium considering streaming/recording at the same time might dip the FPS too low if it was on high

Performance and FPS is something that was not a compromise for @Wardogs. If you could only pick one, which one would it be? #wardogs

@Dadlifetv_ Wait until you see people making their own fliers again. You will be begging for them to use AI 🤣

Look I use AI, and I have played with the graphics and at first I thought not bad but honestly everyone is doing it, it all looks the same and it’s terrible.

@VeriitasGames Ohio and other states are trying to pass laws that require you to identify yourself and I completely support it because that would resolve most of these issues you bring up. Identify yourself and you are not a felon no warrant the interaction is 1000x different.

@VeriitasGames I will say the need to "identify" everyone is valid based on my experience with the data because repeat offenders drive the overwhelming majority of criminal offenses. When you refuse to identify yourself it's most likely because you have a warrant.

Body cams have also made it clear that there's this systemic issue of woeful ignorance of basic constitutional rights, and this ignorance appears to be baked into law enforcement training and culture. What do we do when compliance means giving up our constitutional rights?
Hotloads@MalachiW

@VeriitasGames Body cams have made it abundantly clear that non-compliance with law enforcement makes things exponentially worse for everyone involved.

@VeriitasGames If a judge determines your rights are not violated in court how do you collect accurate evidence that isn't just anecdotal claims of rights violations. It seems like a circular problem that needs an expensive independent investigation nationally.

@VeriitasGames I don't know how you would get accurate data but I'm very interested in evidence that shows systemic rights violations by law enforcement of individuals without a criminal record. My experience leads me to believe career criminals are making the claims

@VeriitasGames Bricks a mini figs viral situation with Wreckless Ben is a good one off example of corruption and a department conspiring to violate someones rights but I suspect that is driven by the Mormon community and an edge case not the norm.

@VeriitasGames The way I see it. Comply with what law enforcement is instructing you to do for your safety and theirs. If your rights are violated you have to hire an attorney and go to a judge who by definition interprets the law.

@VeriitasGames You make a good point. My perspective it that this is a division of powers issue not a personal rights issue. You can't hold court on the side of the road when you are in cuffs. Police are executive branch and enforce the laws. Rights are enforced in a courtroom.

@Brammflakes Thank for pointing this out because it was feeling like a big tease but scaling slowly makes sense. Releasing and having servers down because of a scale issue is not a good look.

Sorry if you’re eager to get into the alpha. We’re just a couple of weeks away and over the next few days we’re going to be adding hundreds of new players per test to help us scale. The downside of the transparency approach is people feel like we’re teasing you constantly. See you in game soon all!

@VeriitasGames 7 years of my dev career was working with criminal case data and stats reporting for county courts. We know government is not 100% efficient or accurate and the wrong people will be arrested and convicted. It's a bug not a feature.

@VeriitasGames Even if 99% of people complient with police during encounters there would still be deaths and wrongful arrests. My point is what is your expectation level for law enforcement and court systems?
