@emilyfhjiang As a european, I enjoy the early DST switch in spring. Much easier to meet up with SFO colleagues. But agreed, let’s abolish DST and then standardize on UTC worldwide. Won’t happen soon though. :(

In most Europe, clock will go back for an hour tomorrow, while USA 🇺🇸 will change clock on 6th November. The next week’s meetings will be chaotic with double bookings. Why can’t the world sync up with the clock ⏰ #clocksgoback #DST

@hhariri Plus: for programming beginners most of the “important questions” don’t mean anything yet.

I find this a very strange way to learn a programming language. A much simpler way is to just start programming even if it's by copying and pasting code. Then you can tweak and learn things.

Huge shout out to @Level1Techs for their DP 1.4 KVM! I tried several KVMs on the market but none worked with my Odyssey Neo G9. I bit the bullet and imported the @Level1Techs KVM to Germany. It wasn’t cheap, but worked right out of the box! 🤯 Thanks guys!

I’m not much for nostalgia generally, but play the themes from Back To The Future or Monkey Island and I’m gone. Stand back - it’s time to be a mighty pirate once more. 🏴‍☠️

I hope @Lucasfilm now puts @grumpygamer and @phrenopolis in charge of Star Wars. #ReturnToMonkeyIsland demonstrates that these two guys know how to write new, meaningful, stories for legacy franchises without alienating the existing fanbase. It’s a masterpiece!
