@TimHatesWrassln @NovineLeaks It takes a lot to get public servants to stop responding or to actually get in trouble. Refer to Cyrax and Andy Ditch, both who make countless, pointless police calls. They aren't taken seriously but cops/emeegency responders still gotta come on the off chance something is wrong.

@BlueMeanie33 @NovineLeaks I hear you but from personal experience, Ive grew up around ppl who ppl who abused animals and even calling animal control or cops, rarely anything happens until it's too late. New York and some states have better laws, but not too many states do. I doubt Idaho.
