Oh I got this one
6 months after buying my first car I had a crystallised hose that led to the engine overheating. Blew the head gasket on North South Highway, had to tow it to an Ochi mechanic and then wrecker it back to Kingston.

Only essential services will need to be constantly using their vehicles.
We may also have to ration a set amount of litres per week for every vehicle and find a way to track it. This is ofc if everything goes south.
