It’s so hard, but Allow yourself to set healthy boundaries.. To say no to what does not align with your values, and to say yes to what does.. Boundaries help us remain emotionally healthy, and living a life that is true to us.. 

People need to be encouraged. They need to be reminded of how wonderful they are. 💜 People need to be believed in, told that they are brave and smart and capable of accomplishing all the dreams they dream and more. Remind each other of this!💜
