@corelia5201314 I think most of them want something that genshin has only given to one character (that none of them care about) and want this abstract evil from a playable character. Which is fine but after 6 years you’d think they’d see it’s not happening.

@Malkin_Hat the reason why I never take issue with fanon columbina fanarts & still share them is because I think it's a good outlet for creativity, if people feel inspired to make their own horror stories or OCs based off of it I genuinely think it's wonderful, it's productive unlike whining

@ichijiku_mii @CEOofRonova It adds to the story in the sense that it’s the entire setup. But it’s more than that, her obliviousness and innocence is tested and she doesn’t end that way in the story. She learns about the truth of the moons goddesses, her existence, the obviousness is the setup.

The frostmoon scions abused her obviousness to get blessings, the fatui abused her obliviousness to keep her in their ranks. She leaves when she catches on. It’s the conflict for Nod Krai. She ran away from everything.

Just gonna make this a qrt so everyone else like you can see why I don't engage with you when you act this way. You say Columbina did nothing but sing and drink tea.
She has saved us from Rerir and Dottore multiple times, shielded Hiisi Island with the last of her strength, poured her very being over Nod-Krai, defeated Rerir and Dottore, wrote an entire plan for Nefer and Flins, gave us the information we needed to fight Rerir all whilst in the Moon's Reflection slowly dying, removed restrictions on the Traveler allowing them to grow stronger, gave us info on our ship, guided our entire journey in Nod-Krai and SO much more, yet you reduce it all to singing and drinking tea.
And you think I'm gonna read that and say "This looks like someone willing to engage in good faith discussion"? No, I'm going to think you're stupid.

You hate Hoyo's writing and say it's because they can't write evil women, then when I ask what it should've been you say "Whatever Hoyo could've written to make her more intimidating🤓". The fatui was happy to have this very powerful goddess in their ranks, all the better if they can keep her around without a fuss.

Also she did a lot in the story, only time she felt “helpless” was when she was disappearing in acts 5/6. That’s it (2/2).
