🔬 Comparative study of laser technologies in endoscopic enucleation of the prostate: noise impact and surgical implications… Engineers must take into consideration the amount of noise produced by these laser generators… some come with a beeping sound when the laser activates.😱 This for 5 hours a day is really a drawback! Pertinent si PD-L1 ≥ 1 %. Données à 5 ans : bénéfice confirmé, même si le ctDNA est négatif. Radiothérapie adjuvante Getug-AFU 30 RT adjuvante à discuter en cas de marges positives et N+. Recommandée dans les recommandations européennes, mais pas dans les recommandations françaises (sauf pour les carcinomes épidermoïdes). Chimiothérapie – MVAC dose-dense Selon l'étude BLADRAC : Pas de bénéfice en SSR (survie sans récidive) ou SG (survie globale) à dépasser 4 cycles de MVACdd. Au-delà de 4 cycles : meilleur taux de réponse histologique complète, mais sans bénéfice de survie. Andrologie Testostérone – Dose physiologique Surveillance de l’hématocrite.
