I saw a programme for “early career professionals” for “young people” and it needed a Masters Degree and at least 10 years experience. Makes me question, who are these programmes actually desined for??

Proof of life (@WizaJ asked if I am alive). 1. I am 4 weeks away from completing requirements to graduate in the MBA, and I had the joy of taking my peers on a tour of my heart—Malawi, yesterday. 2. I am still damaging my brain with business analytics and marketing research. I have learnt far far too much. Deeply grateful I took this leap. 3. I am still writing about our united world. 7 books in, and killing one too many braincells in the review process. I have the best and most loving peer-reviewer. It helps. 4. I may also be the Editor-in-Chief of @VoDevelopment. We released the first issue on #AI about 3 weeks ago, and you should totally check it out. 5. I will be delivering my first #TEDTalk | @TEDTalks in about two months, and I could not pick a better place than @MichiganStateU to do it. 6. I will be moving to the City of Detroit to build my company after graduation, thanks to my new home and second heart: the State of Michigan (more details soon). 7. We are still nerding out and building magical magical things at @Q2Corp. I am thrilled to dive deeper into that after graduation. See q2sys.com for more details soon. 8. @KwathuKonnect is deep in the thick of it—building the @KwathuFarms game still, as part of @Xbox #GameCampAfrica. 9. @NthaFoundation is welcoming a new cohort of #NyenyeziFellows and #MmawaApprentices from @MUSTMalawi in the coming week. 10. I am, yet again, teaching a new class of Applied Engineering Sciences and Supply Chain Management students at the College of Engineering (#GoGreen). And lastly, but most importantly — Bonus: I am headlessly in love with the most wonderful human, and we are enjoying a slow but brutal winter in gorgeous gorgeous lansing. These are the joys of the new year, and why social media is making less sense to me by the day. Hoping 2026 is treating you with light and wonder, and wishing you so so much joy, always. 🇲🇼♥️
