@ChrisAlvino Me as an apprentice electrician leading my own crew installing industrial 3-phase 90x4 cable systems for a 900 amp factory, getting paid minimum wage......... and discovering my boss was charging the client about 280 times that for my labour hours, instead if paying a journeyman.

I remember at my first job as a programmer, I went from a jr to a lead in less than six months bc I was so good at programming. I had my own small team and was training leads on other teams as a JUNIOR. I felt so badass until I realized something...
