Framber let up 6 hits and 2 runs in his first start against the Padres. (Only 1 earned run) HERE IS THE BIG FACTOR. The Cardinals just faced a lefty sinker-ball pitcher in Steven Matz. The Cardinals put up 4 earned runs on him with 6 hits. This should be all you need to take this but there’s one other factor. The weather in Detroit tomorrow plays perfectly for the Cardinals. It will be around 63 degrees with 70% humidity which makes the ball travel further AND wind will be blowing out to left-center field at 17mph.
