Governor Umar Dikko Radda of katsina state really played it smart with this consensus move,he made sure only the people who truly deserved it were given the chance to buy forms,while the rest can simply accept it without wasting their money on forms they probably wouldn’t stand a chance with anyway😭😭 Unlike some other states where everybody,deserving or not,is allowed to buy forms and just throw their money away…Dikko is one smart guy wallahi!
