Tuesdays Together is officially back! What an honour it was to see the OGs of the group back together to get creative and explore faith. Thank you to Michael Wild for his creative leadership and to Sue Powell for her presence and delivery of the snacks! This is a comeback!

What an honour it was to spend the whole day listening to the wisdom of Dr Becca Dean. She enabled us to consider positive and God driven attitudes towards intergeneration and shared insight from her research. She also quoted Britney twice! Thank you

What a Friday at Arty Annies @StAnnesRoyton . We welcomed some new faces and created our Lent display for the school which invites pupils to "Try something new". Some of Arty Annies have some questions on faith, what an opportunity help them to grow in faith.

Ash Wednesday was a day well spent. First time leading Collective Worship at St Luke's Chadderton, amazing welcome and singing from the pupils and I'm looking forward to getting to know the community more. Then off into town for a cheeky and very beautiful Laura Marling gig.

We had a great morning exploring Lent @StAnnesRoyton. The Arty Annies and 'We Are Faithful' teams planned and led their first Collective Worship and quizzed some of the KS2 on what they might give up or take on this Lent. The teams were great in their leadership, more to come!

Good to be with Mission Community 3 to discuss all things Experience Easter. Really great to have @ManDioGF_MSSDE and @ManDioGF_MNEDE to generate further ideas. Expectant to see what will take place for schools, the church and families during Easter. @ManchesterCWO @OADeanery.

Last week in Arty Annies @StAnnesRoyton we explored the Collective Worship theme of the week, perseverance. We talked about personal challenges we might face, created art work around Philippians 4:13 and prayed for each other. The gang then made the staff team care cards.

@StThomasDelph did a Messy Frozen Church. We made sock Olaf's, we sang along and we thought about friendship and our unique gifts. We served chilli for tea - delicious! This beloved film has some key messages of faith. Want to know how to do a Messy Frozen? Get in touch!

It may be blustery but there are still birds to be watched. What a lovely collaboration with RSPB.

Pupils of @BrianClarkeAcad gathered to deepen their personal understanding of a bible story. There were many pauses and silences from the adults of this group, who sat in awe at the level of thinking that was coming from the youngers. @Youthscape @JennyCarey3 @ManchesterDYO

The Holocaust Memorial Exhibition @ManCathedral was very impactful. A collective of people of different ages, faiths and races gathered to remember the Holocaust. It was a joy to work with @StAnnesRoyton as they learnt and reflected on the past, making ways for the future.

I love these! I spotted them on my journey home and thought they were cool! Great to see @BrianClarkeAcad are the creatives behind such work.

Thankful for this view that I get to walk beside with my boy on the way to and from school. Thankful for a restful yet excited heart as we get to work within another fantastic year in @OADeanery with @MDGFTEAM. Expectant for what God will do in this place that I call home.
