#BREAKING: Gurdwara Nabh Kanwal Raja Sahib Ji Management did a press conference today rejecting the claims of Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann SIT recovered 169 missing saroops. The management says CM Mann has given a statement to divert from his Sri Akal Takht Sahib clarification. Further, the management stated that out of the 169 sacred saroops, 107 were found to have been published by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC). These 107 holy saroops were printed by the SGPC between 1978 and 2012. In addition to this the management informed that the remaining 62 saroops were printed through multi-printing presses. Between 1978 and 2012, a total of 79 saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji were published. Additionally, 30 old saroops have been deposited at Goindwal Sahib as per religious protocol.

Sri Akal Takht Sahib’s Acting Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargajj clarified that the case related to 328 holy saroops is purely an issue of administrative corruption involving misappropriation of funds by certain officials, as established by the Ishar Singh Inquiry Commission. He urged all political parties, organisations and individuals to immediately stop politicising this sensitive issue, warning that any attempt to seek political mileage will invite strict action from Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
