🇺🇸🇮🇷 US Air Force Just Suffered Its Worst Day in Decades
On 3 April, Iranian Air Defense shot down 2x US Air Force aircraft: 1x F-15E Strike Eagle and 1x A-10 Warthog. That same day, two Black Hawk helicopters and a F-16CJ were also possibly downed due to hostile fire. As we speak, a rescue mission is taking place to recover the 2nd crewmember of the F-15 that shot down over Iran.

Anyone who watched the 12-day war knew this: the real value of US interceptors is as a psychological comfort blanket.
Even though they’re not stopping much now, when they run out in a week or two, is when the real panic will set in.

I'm wondering where people keep getting these fantasies. Iran just had their command structure wiped out so they can't coordinate any meaningful attacks. Their missile launch and manufacture capabilities are getting pummelled. What secret ace does Iran have up its sleeve?

@Man_of_Corinth @bidetmarxman It does have an almost endless It’s on its home turf with its manufacturing bases at hand. It can make 100 missiles a day even in peacetime. That will be in overdrive now. And it has a ready supply of rare earth raw materials from China whereas US and Europe do not.

@sappho2000 @bidetmarxman So we're assuming that the manufacturing plants aren't being bombed, and the supply chain of the raw materials to make the missiles is also intact? Then there's the small issue of the launchers being targeted as well. There's no point in having missiles if you can't launch them.
