Post codm world championship thoughts: 1.) Never EVER EVER change the tournament devices last second before every team plays the biggest tournament of their lives To those that don’t know, the s23 had touch input delay which put a LOT of players who use GYRO at a MAJOR advantage, which obviously led them to giving out better results than those that didn’t use that setting 2.) I’m not gonna lie, I know we got shit on but, it was bound to happen. The western teams are so far behind & it showed during champs. The eastern side of the world has SO much support and has so much more experience to the point where we can’t catch up The western teams don’t really have the luxury of being able to play the game every day & dedicating their lives to it due to the lack of resources we have. I wish we could play the game 10 hours a day and dedicate our lives to it but, unfortunately, we need to make money somehow and the codm comp scene isn’t really that sustainable (especially with the salaries) North America as a whole is already going to shit with inflation & how expensive everything has become so, it’s not like we don’t care, it’s just that we can’t really put our ALL into it, even if we wanted to. 3.) Please give us more then just ONE tournament to play off of. It’s just so demoralizing and demotivating playing a whole year & working your ass off just to prepare for ONE single tournament which could go either way. If it goes our way, great, it was worth it & we’re happy but, if it doesn’t go our way, guess what, we just wasted a whole year with nothing to show for it & we just made less than minimum wage. I know there were plans to have more support directed towards the western teams but, unfortunately, they were declined so, hopefully they pick up those conversations again & reconsider! 4.) WE NEED to change the tournament format as soon as we can. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tournament as big as champs have a single elim format. It’s not enjoyable, it gives us no insurance policy & it gives us no crazy story lines to run off with which means, both the viewers and players already have a good grasp of what the final outcome would be during championship Sunday. All biased shit aside but, 2022 had by far the BEST format when it came down to champs. It had groups for each team & it had a double elim bracket which made things FAR more interesting, a prime example of this is XROCK. Xrock was one of the favourites to win it all but, they were taken down before they could even make it to grand finals. Now, imagine how interesting things would be if they went to the losers bracket, to then beat everyone there and THEN they faced against elevate during grand finals. Anyways to sum it all up, please add a double elim bracket for future events, it’s not just me who’s tired of all this, it’s EVERY single player. 5.) Although some things were bad during champs, there were some good things, the main one being the staff and venue/production. A fucking plus to everyone in charge of production and the making of the venue, they went off this year and it was truly amazing. As for the staff, each and every single one of them were great. Special shout-out to @L8NiteFoodyCall & @yuta_giru for everything they did for not just my team, but everyone else that was apart of champs, you guys were awesome ❤️ Anyways that was everything I had to say. It does suck that our team couldn’t really show our “100%” because of how big of a disadvantage we were put at with those phones against gyro players but, it is what it is. I know we’re gonna get shit for it no matter what so we can’t really do much. I just wish people knew what happened behind the scenes because then, it would make sense as to why some of your favourite teams like galorys, vitality and LG didn’t get that close to winning as “top contenders”. Anyways congrats again to @ElevateGG & everyone involved within that team, y’all are fucking beasts 🙏 Hopefully we see some changes soon❤️

Finally back home, but what a weekend of CODM. For my LG boys..not the results we got but we did good boys! Enjoyed every moment with everyone I meet again or new faces this time. Can’t wait to see what 2025 has for CODM. I’ll be returning back as Manager again for one more time.

Still feels unreal. I have nothing left but to thank every single person I met. I learned a lot, and will be happy to change everything I had before to improve myself as a coach. Man, I just love codm. I admire all of the people came here to compete. What a beautiful memory.

What a weekend of Cod Mobile Esports! There was so much that happened and I was so busy watching and analyzing every game sadly the LG/Nexus Boys got 5th. But I Got to meet a lot of awesome people I wish I could name them all and I will make a valiant effort to do so! (Replies)
