Proud to see our work on penoscrotal decompression (PSD) for refractory priapism cited in the 2026 EAU Guidelines. ~89% detumescence ~55% EF preservation ~50% failed distal shunt PSD may have a role beyond salvage, with potential as an earlier primary option in the algorithm.
