ICE has been directed to immediately suspend most vehicle stops during nationwide immigration enforcement operations, limiting them to actions targeting the most serious criminal aliens.
The restriction is reportedly temporary and will remain in place until ICE agents receive additional training.

He was reportedly authorized to work in the US and had been issued a Social Security Number.
