@Mandy6766 Thanks Mandy! Everybody here has been so lovely! It's a fantastic hospital, Nye would be proud! 😊 Surgeon came to see me this morning and was very pleased with himself, so that's good! I managed to get up and have a shower. Still no food, just water and tea with no milk. 🤨😂

Not up that ladder yet, with Emily Webb ("Our Town")! 🙏😅 Four hour complicated op. but surgeon pleased. Lovely Clinical Fellow, Rebecca, was there throughout & saw me in Recovery. Her last day today & she said she wanted a good list, with me on it! 🥹 #PeopleWhoMakeADifference

Today is the final day of my amazing 9 weeks, starting in Swansea on 23 January, ending in Kingston, by way of Llandudno and Mold (with an ambulance thrown in for good measure🤕) It's been a wonderful experience & I feel privileged to be attending the final performances today🧡🧡

@hartleyJ14 @DianneJE2 @FrenchGirl76 @SueBeee47 Well It's always good to treat yourself now again, I ended up at a Spa on Thursday afternoon with my sisters in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I even got to see 👀 the snow on Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) in the distance 😀 which was really captivating to see 👀 😍 Hope all goes well with the op 😇🫂

Update: Hospital called with cancellation for next Tues. 31st March. Surgeon advised that doctors strike on 11th April would likely mean op. would be cancelled, so next week it is. Also coincides with the anniversary of my dad's passing, so hope he has no plans to catch up...! 😉

@rehzablade I can't believe I still didn't have a pen ready! 😅🤦‍♀️ I'd prepped the pen, it was there in my bag...Just, where in my bag...? Treacherous little thing had wiggled it's way down to the bottom, where it was totally un-retrievable. I will never trust UCL stationery again!!
