I’m really loving the recent crop of films where directors are using the medium to create what I think are “revisionist memories.” They mine autobiographical elements to create fictions that often allow them to share space with loved ones no longer alive via their characters.

2 years ago gymnast Jordan Chiles was ordered to give her Olympic Floor medal to Ana Barbosa of Romania, after Ana challenged the final score. Jordan appealed and now Ana has only TWO days left to pay the $100,000 appeal fee or the medal will be returned to Jordan Chiles.
