@thesneha_ I cannot eat chicken and it is not allowed at home, so I rely on whey protein and dairy for most of my intake. I usually take 2–3 scoops of whey per day, which gives me around 70–80 g of protein, plus 4 eggs for about 20 g, and the rest comes from dahi and sometimes paneer.

I consume whey protein once in a while. My total daily protein intake comes from whole foods. 2 eggs = 12g 300g chicken = 75g 150g milk = 5g 100g Skyr yogurt = 12g
