All the hard work behind the scenes finally clicked today. Walked away with two new PR’s: 56’ 11” in the shot and 162’ 11” in the disc. Proud of the progress and ready for more.

Big week for the boys track team! Took the team win at the Grandview Heights Invitational. I came out of this week with 4 wins in Shot & Disc and also hit a new PR of 51' 8" in Shot Put!

Big day in the weight room. Just missed 315, big high pull at 350 bending bars, got 475 on squat.

Had a great meet at Logan today won the shot put and got second in the weight throw with a PR.
