A Detroit man giving free rides to kids during the extreme cold weather is facing extreme backlash after a school district sent out a text message alerting families that an individual not affiliated with school was giving students free rides. Darrell Beaver, owner of EllaMinOP Transportation said he noticed students walking to school as wind chills dropped near minus 15 degrees

@shannonsharpeee I agree that he shouldn’t have done it.. and with his skin color they’d just assume he’s sketched out instead of helpful. Plus, if something goes wrong, it’s going to be very hard to explain that in court. However, I respect his motives.. it’s cold, and he just wants to help!

The camera man is much more special needs than the kid is. Maybe the kid learned it from all these rap songs….
