Looks like an era is coming to an end. The most famous leader Karnataka has ever seen, Siddaramaiah, is resigning as per reports. First, I sincerely hope that the news is not true. Your contribution to Lingayat religion & sharanas is way more than any so-called Lingayat leaders. Secondly, we will never have any leader with such clarity of socialism and welfare politics. Your resignation will leave a large vacuum which would be very difficult to fill. We will never forget how you stood behind us in our fight for separate religion status. More importantly Kannadigas will never forget your policies that held the hands of downtrodden and the marginalized. 🙏 @CMofKarnataka
