Also, don’t be that reviewer who tells someone at FTE<5 yrs post-PhD &working PT caring for kids due to the patriarchal society in which we live, that their application was weak as they didn’t supervise enough students (6 current)/have enough senior author pubs (10).

Please don’t be that reviewer who’s only suggestion for #fellowship improvement is a greater number of publications 😡 (anyone who says more pubs to a TMS researcher has never done a TMS experiment)… More pubs does not equal better researcher!
