@chipatriot17 @FbaKiLLAnopity You’re basing a stat on 500,000 men out of 20 million. How manipulative and ignorant. In 8 to 10 concentrated areas in the country the majority of those crimes occur mainly by repeat offenders. Outside of those specific areas those stats do not hold up.
