Food scientists in Zimbabwe must make a plan around Chibage chakagochwa. Maybe extract the flavor and make it a seasoning for other things. There’s fewer things liked by Zimbabweans as that. As early as 5AM you see people lining up for roast mealies, tells you a lot.
