@ManuAzzi @isos2021 @BenagliaLab Hi Emanuele :) Thank you for your questions ;) Molecule B is not commercially available, but it could be easly synthetize in two step without column chromatography: a simple final cristallyzation is enough :)

@ManuAzzi @isos2021 Just immerse the Photoreactor with the coiled tubing in a bath that is cooled or heated to any temperature. The LEDs are wrapped around a central sublimator glass-piece which is water cooled to ensure that the LEDs do not burn in the hermetically sealed Glass-tube.
