Since January 1, 2026, Ukrainian 🇺🇦 strikes have repeatedly hit shipping and port infrastructure across the Sea of Azov: tankers, cargo ships, port terminals, oil depots, boats and ferries. From occupied Berdiansk and Mariupol to Taganrog, Azov, Yeysk, Kerch and the Kerch Strait, Russia’s maritime network is no longer a safe rear area. This is not symbolic. The Sea of Azov is a logistics artery for occupation, fuel movement, military supply and economic survival. Ukraine 🇺🇦 is making Russia pay at sea for the war it started on land. Every tanker hit, every port disrupted, every route made unsafe adds pressure on the system sustaining Moscow’s invasion.
