@Bievahh I think that’s true. Japan is ethnically homogeneous. Mixed race children definitely stand out in terms of their appearance but I think treatment is improving dramatically in recent years.

Akihabara is a boring tourist trap that’s a shell of its former self. Used to be a cool place for geeky stuff and good deals, but it ceased being special once everyone found out about it. Most of the interesting businesses no longer exist. I’m more disappointed each time I go.
