@SkinnyEverest I’ve seen a ton of her videos, it’s def not BED. He eats ridiculously large amounts of food every single day and is able to not gain any weight. It would make sense if it was once in a while thing but no this is his regular eating.

Day 3: unexpectedly was 86.1, so I ended up eating today too to see if I could get away with losing while eating normally

Day 2: woke up at 87.9 pounds. Ended up eating instead of fasting so not too hopeful about tomorrows weigh in

Starting a 6 day water fast because my graduation and birthday are back to back and I’ve been binging this last week 🫩 gonna use this to hold myself accountable 

That’s it I’m ending this stupid b/p cycle, officially going to attempt recovery 🫩

My mom just clocked my binge/restrict cycle when I was going back for my 5th snack, she was like “I notice that on days you eat you just keep on eating and then some days you don’t eat at all” like geez thanks just call me big and greedy 🫩

@needyy4u Do NOT get it, it actually tastes like straight ass. It’s so chalky, even for a protein product. The macros aren’t worth it at all, better off just eating the chicken
