We’re both so incredibly heartbroken. Last week our perfect little beautiful angel fluffball, Peanut, tragically passed away. 2 hours before our flight landed from Japan we heard that Peanut had been rushed to the hospital. 30 minutes later we found out that she didn’t make it. We were broken. There are no words to describe the immense pain of that day…to hold her in our arms a couple hours later with no life left in her sweet, small body. To have our heart ripped from us when just a few days prior she was living and loving fully. We never imagined that this day would come so soon, she had so much more life to live. There are no amount of tears or desire to turn back time that will bring her back- and by that we are devasted. After much reflecting and mourning this past week, we try to focus on the peace that she gave us. Peanut was an absolute light in both of our lives and we’re so grateful for the impact she had on our hearts and our relationship. Beyond being the tiniest little ball of cuteness, she emitted this massive presence of warmth and love that filled our days with real serenity. She brought us closer, taught us to love deeper. Her absence has been felt this past week and the suddenness of it all just shatters both of us. She brought us, family, friends, fans and strangers so much joy. She was a star- she came on tours, played with fans, had many “boyfriends”, and lifted the spirits of every single person she was around. We couldn’t wait to be reunited with her whenever we were away. Her little attitude and sassy silly spirit commanded us both and filled us with such happiness and laughter. We will never forget those moments with her. She was a part of us in the deepest and purest way and always will be. Our little weenie. She is so loved and missed. We love you so much Peanut 🩷 thank you for everything
