@LeoTheGenius17 @LUCK_Lr0 Well, you can kind of argue that it's similar to his grandfather's "Snatch" magic, in that it esssntially "steals" the 5 senses. But, it really is just a lackluster version of "Zero Sign," so even though I'd say it makes SOME sense, it does feel like a waste of a magic power.

@LUCK_Lr0 Galahad magic doesn't make sense considering his father magic 'Haze Moon' and his mother magic of seeing the future.

What did you guys think of Galahad's magic? In my opinion, he deserved a much stronger magic than this. He is one of the most important and legendary knights in Arthurian legend, known for his purity and for finding the Holy Grail. Because of that, I expected him to have a much more insane and commanding magic than one that simply blocks the opponent's senses. However, his magic will probably evolve and get stronger with time and training. Even so, I still think he could have had a stronger magic from the start, but who knows? Maybe it will become much more interesting with time and evolution.

@lograbb @sonic_6220 That's only 2 examples. You said "most." Druddigon is a Dragon-type Pokémon, based on a European dragon, and yet the Pokédex very clearly states that its cold-blooded, & like real-life reptiles, becomes paralyzed from cold exposure. It can breathe fire, yet is still cold-blooded.

@Marble1216066 @sonic_6220 How to Train your dragon too, not many ancient myths mention warm or cold blood for any animal. Hell, there are many ice dragons

@lograbb @sonic_6220 DnD is only 1 example. Also, dragons are fictional fantastical creatures, so they aren't bound by that kind of logic. Like, Godzilla physically cant exist because it's too large to support it's own body weight. But, every Godzilla story will, of course, forever ignore that fact.

@savestate01 @hexalunga @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ Tyrantrum doesnt look like your idea of a dragon, but its a Dragon-type, isn't it? In Pokémon, any Pokémon that is dinosaurian is a dragon. Doesn't matter what you think. Aerodactyl is stated to be a dragon, & is used by dragon trainers in both the manga & games, so its a dragon.

@savestate01 @hexalunga @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ Arcanine is never stated to be a Legendary Pokémon. Its just that its species name is "THE Legendary Pokémon." Just like Pikachu's species name is "The Mouse Pokémon." Arceus is "The Alpha Pokémon." Also, as of LGPE, Mew being from South America was retconned from the games text.

@savestate01 @hexalunga @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ There's literally in-game proof of Aerodactyl being called a dragon, & you don't care? Then stop replying if you don't want to engage. Also, I didn't correct you at first, but Lance doesn't use Seadra in Gen 1. He uses Seadra in Gen 7. Are you a real Pokémon fan?

@savestate01 @hexalunga @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ Also, the Japanese word for seahorse, 竜の落とし子, literally translates to "illegitimate child of a dragon." In Japanese myth, it's believed that a seahorse that lives for a century will turn into a dragon. And guess what? Seadra evolves into a Dragon-type.

@lograbb @sonic_6220 It's not "normal" to "hate the cold." Tons of animals thrive in the cold, or do just fine in it, either through fur coats or thick fat. It's cold-blooded animals specfically that are at risk of becoming paralyzed competely when simply walking around in snow for a few minutes.

@lograbb @sonic_6220 @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ Because the Normal-type isn't the "Animal-type." Normal-type is a nuetral type. That's why it's TCG counterpart is called the "Colorless-type." Ditto & the Porygons for example, aren't animals. They're man-made science experiments.

@VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ Yes, & there's also plenty of Dragon-types that are just large reptiles. Mega Sceptile & Cyclizar, blatant reptiles. Garchomp, Haxorus, Tyrantrum, Baxcalibur, essentially therapod dinosaurs. Dialga is a blatant sauropod. The Galar fossils are hybrids of prehistoric reptiles/fish.

@Marble1216066 @K2Slayyy_ Like most (not all because of Applin line) Dragon type Pokémon can learn offensive moves from at least two of the next types: Water, Electric, Ice, Fire and Ground

@hexalunga @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ Dragonite wasn't the only dragon in Generation 1. It was the first Dragon-type, but not the first dragon. Charizard, Gyarados, and Aerodactyl were introduced alongside it. Aerodactyl is in the same boat as Tyrantrum, in that GameFreak considers it draconic because it's jurassic.

@GlooGunner1209 @VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ The cold kills cold blooded creatures a lot faster than the heat does. All animals are vulnerable to extreme cold and extreme heat anyway. It's just well known that cold blooded creatures are vulnerable to the cold in general.

@VictorPS170602 @K2Slayyy_ In Japan, dragon typically just refers to any massive lizard. Its why you'll somewhat regularly see Japanese media also group dinosaurs with dragons, including Pokémon themselves. (Ex. Tyrantrum, very strictly just a tyrannosaurus rex in design, is a Dragon-type for this reason).
