The typical first-time homebuyer in the United States is now 40 years old, a record high. It was 33 just 5 years ago. Only 21% of buyers are first-timers, the lowest ever. The “starter home” is now a 40-year-old milestone. That’s the housing market right now.

@pjmcgeary @therobertbrooks 100% had that happen to me. They removed a fake review and then I asked them about several other legitimate reviews that they removed. They posted a few back AND the fake 1 star review. I fought them forever on this. They also just removed a review this week. So frustrating.

@therobertbrooks Be careful with this. In the past when we’ve submitted tickets for this, they’ve also reinstated reviews that were spam or ones that got taken down. I hate it but I don’t wanna risk it

We had 994 reviews a couple weeks ago.. and the review count dropped to 975. Dropped again to 974 today. I know Google does some weird review filtering sometimes.. But NO reviews that have been added in the last couple weeks are being accepted. No reviews in Feb even though we have ran over 200 jobs. I know for a fact reviews have been added by users.. I've seen screenshots. But Google wont show any of them. Thoughts?!
