Getting better with python so here is a color-coded ZF brain activity (based on specific experimental condition)! Also learned that jet.colors was a big NO haha I therefore switched to Spectral and next step is to subplot each brain region !

@ZebrafishRock I cannot find SV2-C neither on their website, maybe that changed... but they are essentially the same yes, those SV2 antibodies recognize all three isoforms (SV2-A,B,C) and work on zebrafish IF 😉
