Anyone get any joy with vitamin D pills? I’m giving it a go for the first time, in an attempt to not get depressed and fat at this time of year.

Morning #BristolCity fans. 👋 Looking forward to another day in BS3, with Birmingham the visitors as the Reds aim to end a big week on a high. 🔴⚪️ Struber will have to weigh up the Riis risk and rotation may be possible. Read my predicted team here 👇 bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football…

🤷‍♂️ #BristolCity fans, with the possibility of Jason Knight being ruled out of tomorrow’s game… Who would you start alongside Adam Randell? 🤔

We have arrived! Lands End to John o’ Groats: 20 days, and over 1000 miles. This has been an epic adventure and a rightful tribute to our friend Tim. We all feel exhausted and emotional. A few tears were shed at the signpost.

@EatSleepCycle Cheers Tim and Anna and Co. I've just been thinking how weird it is that a man I never met, who I followed riding his bike, can leave a little hole in my life. Connection is powerful and its sad that Tim isn't here to see how connected we felt to him and how much we miss him.

Dear Bristol City Council. This black tarmac is a great improvement from the previous invisible cycle lane but I’m looking forward to a red surface soon.

@BiteYourBrum It’s fine. People can choose not to go and those that are happy with it (of which there are many) will buy up the tickets. I’d gladly go. It’s more than just music, a marvellous experience

Most tickets to see one act in a stadium for 2 hours now are upwards of £250-£300. Four days of live music available for 12+ hours daily for £400 is pretty good. Also, most people save up to enjoy things like festivals - why is that so hard for these angry goblins to understand?
Neil Stone@DrNeilStone

A ticket to Glastonbury costs £400 (thats $550) For one ticket I kid you not That’s the price to go to a far left socialist paradise fantasy camp The irony is apparently lost on everyone
