For decades now, our two great nations have enjoyed a close relationship and our people’s united in our quest for truth through discovery and science. I am honored and privileged to know that in some small way, my colleagues and I were helpful in making a difference in your journey towards full UAP transparency. I say this not lightly, that Japan has served as a technological inspiration for the rest of the world, including here in the U.S. Please DM me and I can provide you the appropriate point of contact within our Government to assist you in your request regarding UAP bilateral information sharing. I am no longer a U.S. Government employee and cannot speak on behalf of our government any longer, which I am sure you can appreciate. I am also happy to learn that you will be joining us this year in San Marino. I believe you will be in very good company and your journey will be well worth the journey. Blessings to you and your government. @EricBurlison @ChrisKMellon @TulsiGabbard

@LueElizondo Dear Mr. Luis Elizondo, thank you very much for recognizing Japan’s efforts. I have been deeply convinced of the grave national security significance and urgency of this issue ever since watching you and Mr. Christopher Mellon on "Unidentified" (History Channel) back in 2020. As the founder and organizer who initiated this movement in Japan, and as the only (former) Member of Parliament who consistently raised the UAP issue within the National Diet for three years, I firmly believe that government disclosure of UAP information is of paramount importance. Currently, as Assistant to the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Group for the Study of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena from a National Security Perspective (led by Chairperson Yasukazu Hamada, fmr Minister of Defense, and Supreme Advisor Shigeru Ishiba, fmr PM), we are preparing a formal proposal to the Chief Cabinet Secretary to establish a dedicated UAP office. Could you please share the specific timing of the Japanese government’s request to the U.S. for a bilateral information-sharing agreement? This information would be a powerful catalyst for our upcoming initiative to move toward transparency and disclosure. Respectfully, Yoshiharu Asakawa Assistant to the Chairperson, Parliamentary Group for the Study of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena from a National Security Perspective (Former Member of the House of Representatives, Japan) cc: @rosscoulthart @nico_nico_news @ufoandpolitics @just20240103 ルイス・エリゾンド様、日本のUAPへの取り組みに言及いただき、心より感謝申し上げます。

@bha2940 @outbreakupdates Sooooo, unless they did molecular testing, one will test negative with the Andes strain until symptomatic (fever starts). This is why it’s such a nasty one. You will test negative during incubation period using serology (blood work) even if you are infected.

BREAKING The suspected hantavirus patient isolated in Alicante reportedly sat two rows behind the infected Dutch passenger on the South Africa flight. The exposure window may extend beyond what was initially considered “close contact.”

NEW🚨: Hantavirus update that changes the story: One of the Canadians now self-isolating was never on the cruise ship. They sat on the same flight home as two people who were. That's the first confirmed secondary exposure outside the ship itself.

@MarionKoopmans @FondOfBeetles The issue here is that serology testing doesn’t work on Andes until symptomatic. Only molecular testing does. You will test negative until the day before symptoms begin as you won’t produce antibodies until your body recognizes the pathogen.

Excellent thread here. Two additions: flight attended tested negative. There is some evidence for pre symptomatic shedding, not fully clear. Not a lot it seems. ECDC recommends only symptomatic testing @FondOfBeetles

On Hantavirus: a (non-technical) thread. Disclaimer: I am a biology PhD, but not virology/epidemiology. Husbandman is a virology PhD. But I’m told I’m good at communicating science, so here’s my take. #Hantavirus

@hcaulfield8148 @forallcurious If she’s Negative post incubation period then yes, she’s free and clear. But as stated here, a negative test really means nothing if you’re asymptomatic.

@hcaulfield8148 @forallcurious Wait, because it’s such a poignant truthful response and you are astonished? Or because when she still tests negative in 8 weeks and doesn’t have the virus, you can say SEE! She didn’t have the virus!!!! 🙄. I’m not saying she has it, a negative blood test NOW is not definitive.

@forallcurious This is bullshit. The flight attendant tested negative. “Self-isolating” is not even confirmation of exposure. Get a fucking life.

@SauronsPatch @Mrmguffin @unusual_whales Sorry to hear that happened to you. I understand where you’re coming from and it sucks. I think they got Covid wrong. I’m not saying that people should mask up now and social distance. I’m simply saying don’t equate every potential threat to Covid from here on out.

“Respecting it till we know more” forced loved ones of mine to die completely alone inside a hospital room for no fuçking reason. It also created mass psychosis that you still see today (people wearing masks while alone in their car or on a walk), serious mental damage to other loved ones of mine. So no, Hell no, am I participating in the theatrics again.

@SauronsPatch @Mrmguffin @unusual_whales Ummm since you’re so good at searching, show me a post that wasn’t a reply to someone downplaying it as a hoax or nothingburger. I am not the one posting that it’s the end of the world. I’m simply responding to posts where people now think all viruses are bs. It’s ridiculous.

@SauronsPatch @Mrmguffin @unusual_whales Don’t treat it like it’s a hoax and make others do the same. It is way too early to panic. I’m only posting because you’re downplaying something we don’t understand yet. It’s dangerous.

@MarcPoier @Mrmguffin @unusual_whales You’re obsessed with America by all your posts. X has an incredibly easy search feature, you’re clocking about 20:1 mentions of USA/MAGAt to Canada mentions in your posts (at an extreme cursory glance). You’re not alone, there’s a vast number of Canadians that do it too, wild.
