I went to about 25/38 u21 games last season, & after every game they go and chat to the fans, have photos, sign things, they are so engaging, but utterly focused.. the parents also very engaging, happy to chat, introduce themselves (cont)

If you truly believe Gray, Bergvall and Odobert are that good, start them, I think they will play with no fear at all, exactly what we need.

@theoracle81 @warren93112143 @Ndombolo20 The point with the academy boys is that they’ve grown up as winners, 4 trophies in 2yrs, u16/u17 PL Cup, PL2 league & play-off winners, so many times they found a way to win, beating 3 very good sides to get to play-off final (AV, LIV & CFC).. the mentality is changing

@warren93112143 @MarcSpurs @Ndombolo20 Developing a winning mentality is the key for us. Under Jose & Conte our tactics were "9 men behind the ball and wait for Son & Kane to save the day", meaning most of the team could hide. There's no hiding under Ange - take your chances or we fail.
