Tried out for @NeaseFTBL today. Coach Drafts had me run a 40. At 5’11” 130 lbs, I clocked a 6.9… how did Desmond Watson - 6’6”, 464 lbs - run a 5.9?! 😭😩😳🤔

This guy loved football and most importantly he LOVES GOD. In my redshirt year Chris was one of the guys that kept me on track. He was disciplined, never got into partying. He didn’t want hand outs, he about EARNING IT. My condolences to his family.

This weekend we lost a member of the Jacksonville community, and a member of our Mustang Football Family! We are shocked by the news but forever grateful for Chris’ impact on our program. He never came to just shoot the game. He always showed up ready to GIVE THE GAME! He was more than an athlete, more than a photographer, more than a videographer…. Chris was a father, a mentor, a friend, and an integral part of the community! We will miss you on the sidelines. We will miss you mentoring the youth. We will miss your impact in the community.
