They knew exactly what they were getting into with Maxx Crosby as they spoke with the Raiders team doctors AND his personal doctor before offering the trade. They then got cold feet knowing they could still get Trey Hendrickson the entire time without forfeiting the draft capital as they got absolutely dragged by every major media outlet and losing a lot of key players in FA. Also they created more cap space yesterday in renegotiating Lamar Jackson’s contract conveniently while Maxx was in Baltimore. Scumbag business.
