The problem is FRAMING, a basic principle in journ, i.e. emphasis on "failing a gender eligibility test" & competing "despite a gender row" frames the story in a way that questions Khelif's identity, instead of the arbitrary standards used to discredit Khelif. Hope this helps. 💁🏻‍♀️

I'd also caution against equating portrayal with endorsement. Portrayal can be opportunity for analysis & critique. That said, actors should be mindful in interviews. Saying "love just happens" given the little that is known about the film so far is not the best starting point.
