Confusion arose at the Madlanga Commission after Mr Fadiel Adams’ signature appeared not only in the applicant’s signature section of an affidavit laying charges against General Khumalo, but also in the space designated for an IDAC member’s signature. Colonel Brian Padayachee of IDAC, who is testifying before the commission today, said it appears Mr Adams signed in the wrong sections of the affidavit.
