I’m now maxed out on referrals for the rest of the year. Time to help you guys get some Tesla referrals! Drop your referral links below and I’ll send people asking for a code to the comment section to select one. Won’t be able to help everyone, but will do what I can. For those curious, here's what people ordered using my code: • Model Ys: 6 • Cybertrucks: 3 • Model 3: 1

@rye_des They are worried because what comes to London comes to New York and what comes to New York comes to Wyoming and Idaho.

@LuciaOC_ Great book. I completely agree that Epstein and Maxwell are guilty and should face harsh punishment but if an underage girl recruits other underage girls. Do they have no liability?

My new book, The Lasting Harm – which centres the voices, stories and lives of the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell instead of giving a platform to their perpetrators – will be published on July 4. I’d be so grateful if you would consider pre-ordering it here: harpercollins.co.uk/products/the-l… 'The definitive voice on the Epstein horror' @OwenJones84 'Powerful, vivid and affecting' @DavidNWriter 'Necessary and courageous' @elizabday 'The book we need is this one' @JolyonMaugham

@atensnut Not to mention, you’re paying to see a doctor but end up seeing a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant instead. Total scam!

Kate Middleton has been shortlisted for Time person of the year. But all she has done in the last year is take the year off for a case of pre-cancerous cells. The royal family literally get everything for nothing.

Why is so difficult to see a real Dr. MD these days? Your choice is a Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant. BOTH 2 year training programs. NOT the same!!!

@Dame__Jane Is it still called going to the doctor, because only person I ever see is the Physician’s Assistant. Do they even make doctors anymore?

@kindnotruth Any patient with some insight would not leave the surgery without their consultation with a Physician Assistant being reviewed there and then by the supervising GP.

@theAliceRoberts Since there are not enough Physicians who will see all the patients if you do not have PAs and NPs?

Evidence suggests the expansion of nursing and physician assistants is a serious safety risk for patients. Doctors train for 7 years: 5 years as an undergraduate, 2 years as a pre-registration foundation doctor. Assistants study for just 2 years. They’re meant to be closely supervised, but evidence suggests they are taking on doctors’ roles, unsupervised. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. #AskForADoctor bmj.com/content/386/bm…

From “Physician’s Assistant” To “Physician’s Associate” And now just…“Physician”?! ** Physician definition = a doctor who has earned a medical degree ** PAs do NOT hold a medical degree Surely it can’t be legal for this trust to grossly mislead patients in this way?!

I don’t know who needs to hear this but for the last fucking time say it with me: PA’s (Physician Associates) are: -NOT a doctor -NOT a surgeon -NOT a physician -NOT a MD -NOT entitled to work independently They are: -doctors assistants -physician ASSOCIATES.

Because Nancy Pelosi told them not to read it. A policy written by AHIP and 30 something congressional interns with no real world experience. We need a physician first policy where the Obamacare administrative complex is dismantled. Too much power has been granted to too many useless paper pushers.

@DutchRojas Many, if not all of them, failed to listen to the people in the trenches who foretold what would happen. I'm not convinced they were playing dumb, but we're playing politics instead of working in the best interests of all of their constituents.

@Dadudoc @DGlaucomflecken Your wife has exponentially more education. If she were providing exponentially better care then there would be no competition for consults.

My wifes plan 4 years undergraduate 1 year dialysis tech 4 years medical school 3 years medicine residency 2 years nephrology (6 months catheter placements) And now, She competes for consultations with an NP whose training is 2 years RN 2 years BSRN 1.5 years ARNP No nephrology training and 6 months ago she worked in cardiology ordering tests she could understand.
