I’ve been a corporate customer of @BupaUK for years and now amidst a post divorce serious mental health issue have been hit with a “computer says no” approach to adjusting the policy mid term meaning that I have no option but to put the crisis on hold until the policy resets

@BupaUK I’ll do that of course but no doubt you’ll just say in a nice way …. That even though I am happy to vary payments to the policy or pay more I can’t have any more treatment … I’ve heard it three times already and don’t think that I can take another !!!
