🔹 Lower endorsement of binding values (e.g., loyalty)
🔹 No difference in individualizing values (e.g., care, fairness)
🔹 Lower levels of social comparison emotions (e.g., envy).

Other approaches deemphasize conflicting identities to reduce bias. But that’s not always possible—and this work shows SIC can leverage these identity for social good!
